What types of smaller events do you host?

Our farm is perfect for rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, showers, birthdays, corporate gatherings, and other meaningful celebrations. These events offer the same peaceful farm setting on a smaller scale.

What spaces are available for small events?

Small events may use the Lady Bug Cottage, surrounding lawns, or lawn-only areas, depending on the event type, guest count, and availability.

Availability varies by season. Please contact us for custom quotes or unique event requests.

What is the pricing for small events (up to 100 guests)?

For gatherings up to 75 guests:

  • $650 for a minimum of 4 hours

  • +$125 per additional hour

  • Maximum of 2 additional hours

  • Includes use of the Lady Bug Cottage and lawn areas

What is the pricing for smaller gatherings ?

For gatherings up to 50 guests:

  • $225 for a minimum of 2 hours

  • +$75 per additional hour

  • Maximum of 1 additional hour

  • Includes use of the Lady Bug Cottage and lawn areas

Do you offer lawn-only events?

Yes. Lawn-only events (up to 30 guests) are available for:

  • $125 for a minimum of 2 hours

Are there rules or restrictions we should be aware of?

Yes, to protect our family, guests, animals, and property, the following rules apply:

  • No weapons or firearms

  • No boudoir photography

  • Children must be supervised at all times

  • Drug-, smoke-, and vape-free property (including marijuana)

  • No fires permitted in the fire ring

  • Client is responsible for damage caused by guests or vendors

Décor & Setup Guidelines

Are there restrictions on glass or décor?
To protect our farm, guests, and livestock, glass of any kind is not permitted on the property. In keeping with our commitment to stewardship, all décor must be natural and biodegradable. Confetti, glitter, or other non-biodegradable materials are not allowed.

Can we bring candles or other flame decorations?
Open flames are not permitted, including candles, fire pits, or decorative fires. Battery-operated candles or LED lighting are encouraged.

Can we hang decorations from trees or structures?
Decorations may be hung only with non-damaging methods, such as twine or ribbon. Nails, staples, or other materials that could damage trees, posts, or buildings are not allowed.

Who is responsible for setup and cleanup of décor?
Clients are responsible for all setup and removal of decorations. All décor must be removed on the day of the event, and furniture returned to its original location. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in forfeiture of the cleaning and damage deposit.

Are flowers or petals allowed?
Fresh flowers or petals are welcome if they are natural and biodegradable. Synthetic petals or confetti are not permitted.
