What spaces are included for weddings?

The Lady Bug Cottage and surrounding farm spaces may be used for wedding ceremonies, receptions, and approved gatherings. Our venue offers a blend of indoor comfort and open-air beauty, allowing your day to flow naturally across the property.

What amenities are included with a wedding rental?

Wedding rentals include access to the following amenities:

  • Indoor and outdoor ceremony, dining, and seating areas

  • Endless lawn space shaded by mature trees

  • Vineyard, pasture, and orchard views

  • Bridal and Groom’s quarters with private bathrooms

  • Power, indoor and outdoor lighting

  • (10) wooden tables and (80+) wooden chairs

Furniture quantities are included and subject to availability.

What is the cost to host a wedding?

The wedding venue rental is $3,500.

This includes full-day access to the venue, use of indoor and outdoor spaces, and a scheduled rehearsal during the week of your wedding. Full details are outlined in our wedding information packet.

Do you offer activities for children?

A limited selection of kids’ farm games may be available by request. All games must be used under adult supervision to ensure the safety of children, guests, and animals.

What are your vendor and catering requirements?

Prep areas are available for licensed caterers, food trucks, and licensed mobile bar services. All vendors must comply with Canyon County Health Department requirements and venue policies.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all vendors follow venue rules, timelines, licensing requirements, and complete proper cleanup.

A professional Day-of Coordinator is recommended for all weddings.

What are the music and event timing guidelines?

  • Music and bar service must conclude 30 minutes prior to the 10:00 PM noise ordinance

  • The venue reserves the right to adjust volume levels to protect neighboring properties and livestock

  • All events must conclude, with full guest departure, by 10:00 PM

Who is responsible for setting up and cleaning up?

The client is responsible for all set-up and cleanup.

Cleanup must be completed on the day of the event and includes:

  • Removal of all décor, trash, and personal items

  • Returning tables and chairs neatly inside the Lady Bug Cottage

Failure to complete cleanup as outlined will result in forfeiture of the $500 cleaning and damage deposit.

What is your weather policy?

Gutierrez Family Farms LLC is not responsible for weather conditions, including rain, wind, heat, or smoke. No refunds are issued due to weather.

The venue is also not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, fire, or government orders.

Are there rules or restrictions we should be aware of?

Yes, to protect our family, guests, animals, and property, the following rules apply:

  • No weapons or firearms

  • No boudoir photography

  • Children must be supervised at all times

  • Drug-, smoke-, and vape-free property (including marijuana)

  • No fires permitted in the fire ring

  • Client is responsible for damage caused by guests or vendors

Décor & Setup Guidelines

Are there restrictions on glass or décor?
To protect our farm, guests, and livestock, glass of any kind is not permitted on the property. In keeping with our commitment to stewardship, all décor must be natural and biodegradable. Confetti, glitter, or other non-biodegradable materials are not allowed.

Can we bring candles or other flame decorations?
Open flames are not permitted, including candles, fire pits, or decorative fires. Battery-operated candles or LED lighting are encouraged.

Can we hang decorations from trees or structures?
Decorations may be hung only with non-damaging methods, such as twine or ribbon. Nails, staples, or other materials that could damage trees, posts, or buildings are not allowed.

Who is responsible for setup and cleanup of décor?
Clients are responsible for all setup and removal of decorations. All décor must be removed on the day of the event, and furniture returned to its original location. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in forfeiture of the cleaning and damage deposit.

Are flowers or petals allowed?
Fresh flowers or petals are welcome if they are natural and biodegradable. Synthetic petals or confetti are not permitted.

What is the liability policy?

Client agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GFF LLC from all claims arising from use of the property by the client, guests, or vendors.
